Liturgical music today exhibits signs of great vitality and creativity. During the years that have passed since the Second Vatican Council, the ministerial role of liturgical music has received growing acceptance and greater appreciation by the Christian people. The sung prayer of our assemblies, is a very important part. In the liturgical ministry of music, cantors, instrumentalists and members of choirs serve as leaders for the congregation.

St. Elizabeth Seton encourages and welcomes new members into our choirs. Please consider sharing your talents! Email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. for more information.

Influenza is a respiratory illness from which most people recover without difficulty. For people in the high risk categories, it can have severe complications and even death. A complication might be mild dehydration but if not treated, could escalate into a very serious concern. The flu can also cause bacterial pneumonia and worsen conditions like congestive heart failure, asthma, or diabetes. In the US an average of over 200,000 people are hospitalized each year because of complications of which 36,000 will die. Flu is serious business so protect against it.
